  The high-voltage vacuum distribution device is suitable for controlling, protecting, and measuring a three-phase AC neutral point non directly grounded power supply system with a rated voltage of 3.3KV, a rated frequency of 50HZ, and a rated current up to 630A in environments containing mixed gases such as methane and coal dust in coal mines and their surrounding media. It can also be used for infrequent direct starting of high-voltage motors. This power distribution device is divided into four structural forms: A, B, C, and D, to meet different usage modes such as power receiving, interconnection, feeding, and interconnection. By connecting with the KJ series coal mine underground power grid monitoring system, remote automatic control and monitoring of power equipment can be achieved, and modern management such as unmanned substation can be realized.

  1. The permanent magnet mechanism adopts a bistable dual coil, with completely independent closing and opening (dual capacitors). The intelligent control adopts a single-chip microcomputer to control the IGBT module (contactless), which is reliable and fast in action. The single axis direct acting design has good three-phase synchronization and can operate frequently within the rated current range;

It has multiple protection functions, including three-stage protection (short circuit, overcurrent, overload), overvoltage, undervoltage, selective leakage protection, three-stage zero sequence current protection, insulation monitoring, three-phase imbalance, fault recording, short circuit small delay, PT disconnection, fault memory, fault self diagnosis, etc. Voltage loss protection is achieved through current blocking and increased delay setting to avoid voltage tripping caused by voltage flicker in the distribution equipment;

  6. Equipped with three-phase electricity metering function;

  7. The parameter setting can be done through three buttons or by using a mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety infrared remote control, which is password protected;

  8. Equipped with electric and manual closing and opening functions (with emergency opening devices), it improves the reliability of the overall power supply system;

Equipped with standard RS485 or CAN communication interfaces, it can actively upload parameters, events, fault information, etc. in real time, making it easy to achieve networking and network communication, realizing four remote functions such as telemetry, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment, and improving the centralized, intelligent, and information-based management and scheduling of underground power supply systems in coal mines.
